Vocally Reviews & Product Details

Vocally is an AI voice receptionist built for small and mid-sized service businesses. It answers inbound phone calls 24/7 in Italian, English, and Spanish, holding natural conversations powered by conversational AI and a retrieval-augmented knowledge base built from your own information. Vocally takes and manages bookings against your availability, answers frequently asked questions, routes or escalates calls when a human is needed, and confirms outcomes by SMS, email, and WhatsApp. A browser voice widget lets website visitors talk to the same assistant without a phone call. Each business gets its own tenant with prompt tuning, call logs and transcripts, and usage analytics. Vocally is a product of Mandally Technologies S.R.L.S., an Italian conversational-AI company.
