**What do you like best about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

We are using ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus from last two years and it is very useful to raised the ticket as well as fetching the custom report and it is easy to implement in any organization and it is very supportive for users and now in my organization all users are frequently use this application and it is very easy to learn as well as integrate all work in a single portal.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

We are using ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus application but it is only use for raising the ticket not for managing the Asset and also we are not assigning the asset to users and without admin access we can't change any any assign ticket to any technician.

**What problems is ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus is useful for reporting purpose we can fetch any type of reports and we can schedule the report on daily basis , monthly basis , quaterly basis as well as yearly basis and we can use that reports for the audit pupose and also we can export all the reports in CSV , PDF , XLSX etc and represent the reports to the management.

**What do you like best about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

ManageEngine SupportCenter. Lacks to provide a ticket management system that's both efficient and user friendly. It does not simplifies our support processes allowing us to easily track and resolve customer issues. The interface is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

As, for the drawbacks of ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus one area for improvement is its integration with software. Data synchronization is tedious and time consuming due to this lack of integration. The user interface may feel cluttered and overwhelming making it difficult to navigate and find features.

**What problems is ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has limited customization options, which restrict its ability to cater to business requirements. In terms of problem solving capabilities ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus not provides options, for ticket management, customer support and reporting. This has decreased our efficiency in handling customer issues and tracking progress.

ManageEngine is very easy to use and has multiple features that any IT even fresh graduate can use.

what i dont like about ManageEngine is that my ticket sometimes get lost and hard to track that i got SLA.

ManageEngine helps me get through my job on a daily basis. it helps me attend to the users need through ticket

Page freezing issue which happens frequently.

Helps to keep track of the tickets and the main benefit of the using the product is the customization feature.

It has user friendly interface and trackable function to keep your support tickets in a way that you can feed any important information in this.

As of now nothing but will revert if observe any.

It gives easy access to end user as well as administrator to store any information related to any issue which can be managed and trackable until its resolution

The ticket system is easy to use once you grasp it.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

Terrible app, and seems very out dated for modern times.

**What problems is ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ManageEngine as a help desk solution and it basically is only functional to organize my tickets. However, having used other system I wouldn't bother with this one.

I like the user side of the service.  Easy to setup

I dislike that users sometimes get locked out when reseting pw

**What problems is ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some users have a difficult time when resetting pw.  It locks them out and we need to manually unlock

**What do you like best about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

Automatic email replies, auto-assign of tickets and the solution center with customer portal are nice features of the suite.  It is fast and supports running on a Windows or Linux server, has integrated technician availability/calendars.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

Support can be cumbersome/slow at times, depending on the issue you have.  They do generally follow-through, but it can just take many emails/calls to get resolutions.

**Recommendations to others considering ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus:**

SupporCenter is for companies needing to provide support for products they sell.  Service Desk Plus is for internal IT support desks and Service Desk Plus is for MSP helpdesk companies offering support to multiple clients.

**What problems is ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Move away from Microsoft Office based ticket tracking for customers to a centralized system for quicker service and support of existing and new customers.

**What do you like best about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

It gives structure to my day. I can prioritize easily, see in the blink of an eye where a request is sitting and it's clear to the team who is working on what. It also makes covering for teammates much easier. you can see where the request is in the process and what a teammate has done so far. 

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

The layout looks dated and needs a make over and certrain replies don't merge automatically with the original ticket. 

**Recommendations to others considering ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus:**

Great piece of software that provides you with a clear and structured day. 

**What problems is ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team has a clear view of who's working on what. It's easier to cover for teammates.

Many options to choose from to create a somewhat customized ticketing system.

**What do you dislike about ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus?**

My boss sets up ManageEngine for us to use. I feel like there are so many options, that it takes time to get used to it for new users. A simpler UI would make it better, in my opinion--however, I am unsure if the UI customization can be changed by the administrator.

**What problems is ManageEngine SupportCenter Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it as our help desk ticketing system.
