ManageCal Reviews & Product Details

ManageCal is a shared calendar and scheduling platform that helps organisations manage people, rooms, resources, shifts, and events from one place. It allows teams to create separate calendars for different departments, employees, rooms, equipment, or other resources and manage them based on their requirements. Admins can also control access and permissions, so users only see or manage the information relevant to them. ManageCal can be used for scheduling staff, booking rooms and resources, managing shifts, planning events, and coordinating day-to-day activities. It also helps avoid double bookings and keeps schedules organised across teams. The platform is suitable for different types of organisations, including schools and colleges, offices, clinics, restaurants, clubs, agencies, and field teams. Users can view schedules in different calendar formats, create recurring events, add custom information, and manage multiple calendars from a single platform. Overall, ManageCal provides a simple way for organisations to keep their schedules, resources, and teams organised without having to manage multiple separate calendars.
