This App also does not conflict or disturb other native SFDC components embedded within the object. When issues or limitations present themselves, the developer is very responsive to inquiries and requests, and eager to improve and expand the scope of Mambo Merge's usage. **What do you dislike about Mambo Merge?** There are some minor hiccups here and there - just small minor issues that are usually addressed by the developer very rapidly. **What problems is Mambo Merge solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have replaced our organization's use of Microsoft MailMerge with Mambo Merge. The latter is definitely more user-friendly than the former. One of the major benefits that I have realized is the generation of merged outputs with dynamic images. We are currently in the process of generating 600 customer-facing documents using this tool; this tool allows the documents to be generated efficiently and with a consistent format. ### 5. It is an industry ground breaker. The competition has a lot of catching up to do!! **What do you dislike about Mambo Merge?** I find of the mulcher and user platform capability can be somewhat clunky at times. Although the multi functionality of it is useful in a sales role like mine. That's about it **Recommendations to others considering Mambo Merge:** I really have any recommendations for anyone else. I would say just use mambo and see what you think.
