It could provide more tools to run analytics of the emails sent to understand user behaviour better. Especially the basic version has minimal features. **What problems is Mailmeteor solving and how is that benefiting you?** mailmeteor helps me reach out to up to 100 persons in a day. I use it to resolve customer grievances. Many of the queries/grievances we receive daily have similar resolutions or have been solved before. We create templates of the responses and send them out via mailmeteor instead of responding to each query individually. ### 10.
