One of our forms was hacked by someone he/she ran a script to send random emails. Our mailersend account was suspended after some time so we contacted support and discussed the issue. They saw this as an opportunity and charged us 4x of the existing bill. We requested them to either wave off or give us a discount on the services we haven't used but they did nothing about it. I was hoping to use email templates with some of the standard WordPress emails that go out, such as new account confirmations and password reset emails. It turns out you'll need to use the API and will want a developer that can implement that for you.
