I really appreciate Mailercloud for its excellent customer service, which has been incredibly helpful, especially when I was having trouble getting my email connected. A friend recommended Mailercloud to me, highlighting its commendable customer service as well. I like that there are many options, especially the drag and drop editor and all the other smart features. It makes it very easy to compose and send a good email. I also appreciate the email editor and all the features to send an email and analyze the results. The initial setup of Mailercloud was fairly straightforward, just as I expected. What do you like best about Mailercloud?

MailerCloud has surprised me with their service, promptness and politeness. I have just changed from another bulk emailer due to a complete lack of service. Not so with MailerCloud. When you start with a new provider you sometime need a little help with setup. MailerCloud's online service is superb. You may start talking to a 'bot', which can usually answer most questions, but you are forwarded onto a real human. (if it's not a real human, AI has come a long way).
