I must admit, the open rates were disappointing. despite the enticing subject lines and engaging content, the open rates were much lower than anticipated. I recently received exceptional support from Suraj Madhesiya of Teknikforce regarding the installation of MailEngine on my WordPress site hosted on CPanel. Unfortunately, I encountered issues during the installation process, and all my sites were lost. However, Suraj quickly assisted me through Google Remote Desktop and restored all my sites, and successfully installed MailEngine. I am grateful for his prompt and efficient resolution of my problem. While the support I received from Suraj was outstanding, there is always room for improvement. One minor suggestion for the team at Teknikforce is to be more proactive in their response to customer inquiries. Their customer service team assisted our company with issues that were created by other plugins in WordPress. The first issue was created by our security plugin. Mailengine does everything the high-priced email operations charge you $1000s for. I do not have an extensive email list, but to your list, it is scary to think of how much these mailing operations charge you for 2000+ subscribers. They make you depend on them cheaply, and then BAM! up go your rates. With Mailengine, I get EXCELLENT support. The support includes chat and email. They are on India time, so if you are 12 hours time difference, you will hear from them within 24 hours. I have been assisted in chat by Suraj, Tuhnin, and Cyril. This morning, Suraj helped me get my sign-in form to look good on my website. With Mailengine, I can have unlimited lists, subscribers, and mail sent each month WITHOUT scaled-up fees from Mailengine. If you use SES, you get 62k emails before you pay anything! These people have to sleep sometime! Even though they DON"T respond mid-day immediately in America's central time zone, I get a reply at about 11 pm CST. I usually catch them early at 5 am, to as late as 9 am on central time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
