I like the ease of use of MailClickConvert, especially the ability to set up a staggered campaign. Also, the great support from people like Ivey is a significant plus. When I first started using the platform, Ivy helped me navigate it, ensuring I got the most out of it. This support helped me reach my goals more quickly. Setting up an account was very easy, and that initial setup process wasn't hard at all. MailClickConvert also excels at reaching potential customers via mass email, which is valuable for my work in healthcare, sales, and business development. Based on my experience, I'd rate it a ten because of the tremendous support from Ivey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MailClickConvert? I've had difficulty converting PDFs to HTML files and uploading them into MailClickConvert. There were formatting errors that made the emails look bad, like jumbled or garbled. This issue prevented us from sending out emails efficiently. Also, I have to rely on team members to convert PDFs to HTMLs, which adds an extra step and takes extra time. Finally, we have found an email service provider with no problems processing purchased contacts proactively while complying with the Can-Spam Act. We have been using Mail Click Connect for 4 months now and we are already achieving a 5% open rate, which for purchased contacts, is excellent. We are also earning lots of appointments and are already doing new business directly through Mail Click Connect. This software is very easy and user-friendly. Most importantly, their support is excellent. Desiree is our account manager, and she is proactive about getting things done and is a pleasure to deal with. Jonathan has also been there whenever we have needed him. I would have no hesitation in recommending MCC to any professional email marketer. A pleased customer.
