This application helps us to verify each email, in a very effective way improving the reputation of the company or client to promote our brand **What do you dislike about MailboxValidator?** The support can be a bit slow in terms of customer service, as I asked for a suggestion and it took more than 4 days to respond, in addition it is limited in terms of number of emails that can be validated in a session, that is if you have a very large mailing list you probably have to split it in two **Recommendations to others considering MailboxValidator:** It is very intuitive and has a very solid free plan, it is a good option. It connects to the mail server and checks if the mailbox exists or not and reduces the rebound rate and cost them. **What do you dislike about MailboxValidator?** What I dislike about this tool is that we repeatedly tried to verify a large list and it did not leave us. But in other functions it is surprisingly easy to use. It simply offers us a shot of my email list or the marketing automation platform, runs it through the software and filters the garbage. Then reload the clean list in your system. **Recommendations to others considering MailboxValidator:** I recommend MailboxValidator as it has a fantastic way of ensuring that the email addresses in your email marketing lists are legitimate, likewise if I have a list of subscribers that you have not touched for a while, the mailbox validator allows you to reduce the amount of email messages you receive by filtering emails that no longer exist. **What problems is MailboxValidator solving and how is that benefiting you?** The validation of the email addresses, usually had many important contacts, but the email addresses were not validated, since the data was old. But it helped me a lot in terms of validating those contacts. We love the number of excellent functions that range from syntax validation to MX record validation, and together with the simplicity and security of the API, this is possibly one of the best products of this type. ### 5. I definitely recommend this amazing tool for routine tasks. API is quite simple to use and they have ready to use SDKs **What do you dislike about MailboxValidator?** I think "Bulk" plans (on which integrations with email services are available) are quite expensive compared to "API" plans I use. **Recommendations to others considering MailboxValidator:** As it has a free plan you can literally test it against other email validators and see if it works correctly in your case. **What problems is MailboxValidator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Validating some old emails so it won't be any problems at the side of email marketing software that there are too many bounced emails (as they may suspend account because of that). By doing this, we minimize our spam rate and also prevent ourselves from being targeted as a spam email address for future emails we send to other prospects and clients. **What do you dislike about MailboxValidator?** I dislike that some of the validation is off, and there is not 100% certainty. Several other email validating companies and platforms have this same issue, so I dislike this in regards to all companies who do the validating. The bounce rate will still be lower than if we chose not to use an email validator service, however; the question is whether or not it is worth the price. **Recommendations to others considering MailboxValidator:** Identify if the price is worth the number of emails you need to check for verification. **What problems is MailboxValidator solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used MailboxValidator for the purpose of verifying emails to limit the number of emails that bounced or were noted as spam. The benefits were that the number of emails that bounced dropped. Also, the pricing is not as high as some of the other companies that we trialed out, and the platform is simple and worthwhile for specific use cases. It fit our needs, but we discovered that the email verification for bounced emails was not needed as much since we found our niche market and no longer needed a service for this. ### 8. It has a lot of paid features, but the email provider checker is free. Another feature that I like is the duplicate email remover. This is a really good feature to have when you are incorporating multiple lists of emails together.
