Mail Shield Reviews & Product Details

Mail Shield is a fully-managed email security gateway that sits between the internet and your mail server, inspecting every inbound and outbound message before it is delivered. It blocks phishing, spear-phishing, malware and ransomware attachments, spam, spoofing and business email compromise (BEC) at the network edge - before anyone can act on them. Unlike the broad, compatibility-first defaults of built-in filters, Mail Shield is tuned and reviewed continuously by Australian engineers. Outbound filtering catches compromised accounts and protects your sending reputation so your IP does not land on blacklists, and the gateway enforces SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment to your policy. Key features: - Inbound + outbound filtering (phishing, malware, spam, BEC, impersonation) - Dedicated spam quarantine with daily user digests and self-service release - SPF/DKIM/DMARC enforcement and anti-spoofing - Australian-hosted infrastructure - no data routed offshore (Privacy Act / data-sovereignty friendly) - Specialist-managed, not a self-service portal - tuned by the engineers who run it - Fast setup: change your MX records and you are protected, usually within the hour Pricing from AUD $25 per user per month, with no lock-in contract and no setup fee. Suits any business running Microsoft 365, Exchange or Linux/Postfix mail that wants stronger, hands-on protection than built-in defaults provide.
