"Extensive software selection"
What do you like best about Mageia?

Mageia stands out for its respect for the freedom of users and has a very active forum. I like diversified software offered through its repositories to meet almost every need one has for the software. This together with the ability to tweak the systems to one’s desire makes Mageia a good fit for experienced Linux users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mageia?

The selection of software is vast, that managing packages can be complicated and a bit annoying.. Like most other distro out there, Mageia comes with RPM packages which cannot be installed, updated or deleted without the use of some sort of command line interface. "I think Mageia offers a proffessional and affordable look for a control center "
What do you like best about Mageia?

I like the possibilities and more open options, I like the system management and the actual network sharing that the system offers as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mageia?

I dislike the fact that Mageia looks and acts too much like Plamsa systems. Also, the network manager is very big and bulky as it opens in another window and it is a slower operation than the other network tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
