Think about the fact that the program does in fact offer a lot of solutions but the system is best implemited throguh second party backups and Lineuz helps a million!!

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Mageia?**

In case they did not know, Mageia is one of the best GNU / Linux distributions, with which you have to take your hat off.

The post-installation configuration is somewhat slow, and you have to do the entire time zone and language before viewing the desktop, but it works.
It has some things to improve, such as performance since it consumes a lot of CPU and with few applications running it shows.

**Recommendations to others considering Mageia:**

I recommend it, because Mageia offers everything, and it may seem archaic and overwhelming, but it also has a professional air. The center really offers a wide range of options, and they all seem to work well. You can configure anything, in addition to the usual range of Plasma settings, with a very small overlap. Some of the really nice pieces include the ability to create system snapshots, as well as security features. Necessary or not, they exist, and you can tweak them a lot.
