**What do you like best about Mage Static Data Masking?**

Our clients love the way Mage Static Data Masking scrambles the data. It enables them to secure the data before logging to their logging infrastructure to prevent PII data leakage.

**What do you dislike about Mage Static Data Masking?**

The user interface of Mage static data masking is quite an old school. They should focus on the modernization of their user interface. In addition to that, it should have out-of-the-box integration with cloud providers.

**What problems is Mage Static Data Masking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had leveraged Mage static data masking for our clients' requirements which needed data masking as per HIPAA compliance. We leveraged Mage Static data masking to mask patients' PII data which is a must-have for medical applications.

**What do you like best about Mage Static Data Masking?**

The flexibility to protect and mask your data using various techniques gives you added security you need in your non-production environment. This is a new in the data field.

**What do you dislike about Mage Static Data Masking?**

I think the mapping of data flow has scope of improvisation. It can be more comprehensive and automated.

**What problems is Mage Static Data Masking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't implemented it yet personally, but I have been working with a customer who uses it. It looks like it's a good fit for their department as it helps monitor database activities and automation to quite an extent.
