Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Madken specializes in delivering cloud ERP solutions, financial management software implementations, and business process automation that improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability. Our team is made up of experienced professionals with backgrounds in finance, technology, and business consulting. This multidisciplinary expertise allows us to approach each project holistically—balancing strong financial and operational knowledge with deep technical skills in ERP configuration, data migration, system integration, and reporting. We are more than implementation consultants; we are strategic partners who understand how technology impacts day-to-day operations and long-term growth. Madken Advisors serves a focused range of industries, including private equity, hedge funds, family offices, professional services, biotech, real estate, and nonprofit organizations. Clients rely on us to lead full life-cycle ERP and financial system projects, including solution selection, design, testing, data conversion, and training. Our consultants also build custom dashboards and reports, integrate third-party applications, and automate manual workflows to ensure maximum return on investment. To deliver these outcomes, we partner with leading financial technology platforms that enable organizations to operate more efficiently and scale with confidence. We are a trusted partner for Sage Intacct, a leading cloud ERP platform, and bring extensive experience with solutions like FIS Private Capital Suite (Investran) for alternative investments. With Sage Intacct, we help finance teams streamline core accounting processes, accelerate reporting, and gain real-time visibility into performance. For firms using FIS Investran, we support the full investment lifecycle—implementing, configuring, and optimizing the system to improve fund accounting, investor reporting, and portfolio monitoring. Our consultants assist with data migration and reconciliation, design custom reporting packages, and integrate Investran with CRM, portfolio management, and business intelligence tools. This ensures private capital firms gain timely insights, reduce manual effort, and meet the evolving demands of investors and regulators. Our services also extend to accounts payable automation, expense management, payroll, CRM, and business intelligence integrations—helping clients create connected, efficient, and future-ready finance ecosystems. What sets Madken Advisors apart is our ability to combine financial insight with technology expertise. We understand the challenges of fast-growing companies and complex financial operations, and we design systems that scale with the business.
