Mach One Reports Reviews & Product Details

Mach One Reports is voice-activated software for home inspectors, using AI trained on inspection terminology to convert spoken observations into real-time reports. Voice input is routed to the correct report sections, eliminating manual typing. Inspectors can import or build comment libraries, with AI matching spoken input to stored comments, preserving phrasing and tone. The software supports seven file formats for imports, including XLSX and CSV. The platform works offline, recording voice notes and photos without internet. Data syncs automatically when reconnected, with photos attaching to the correct sections. It operates on phones, tablets, and laptops via web browsers, allowing device switching during inspections. Reports are often completed on-site, with building codes and reference materials accessible. Customizable templates suit different inspection types, and reports can be edited on any device before sending to clients.
