I love the high-quality ads that it provides. Plus, I like the analytics feature in the platform because it provides useful metrics about the traffic that's coming to my ads. I can design ads for a variety of purposes including conversion, branding and referral campaigns. It also allows me to target audiences based on multiple criteria such as interest, location and behavior patterns. **What do you dislike about Mabaya?** My major drawback with Mabaya is its lack of a dedicated customer support team. I'm frequently left waiting for hours for a response whenever I have a problem or a question. Since I don't have any experience with other platforms for comparison, I can't say whether this behavior is typical or unusual. However, my experience with the support representatives has always been poor. I'm not sure if I'm the unlucky one or if everyone else who has raised an issue has had the same issues. Either way, I hope this can be improved in the future. **What problems is Mabaya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overtime Mabaya has saved me a lot of money because I don't have to advertise on various platforms to increase my reach. The cost per impression is low for most of my ad campaigns which is a huge benefit for me. Also, the low bounce rate for my ads means that more people are actually viewing them rather than just clicking away without taking action. ### 2. Lots of reports can be downloaded as well. The mix between automatic and manual ad campaigns works great too. **What do you dislike about Mabaya?** Costs can go up really quickly, which makes that there is a constant need to monitor or use the maximum ad spent limit. Those limits are tricky. They can be refilled automatically, which defeats the purpose of the limits. **What problems is Mabaya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly on the Bol.com marketplace, it is taking over all automatic keyword generation and is used to set up and run advertisement campaigns.
