
I like that the platform is easy to use and works well for promoting various products. I love the high-quality ads that it provides. Plus, I like the analytics feature in the platform because it provides useful metrics about the traffic that's coming to my ads.
I can design ads for a variety of purposes including conversion, branding and referral campaigns. It also allows me to target audiences based on multiple criteria such as interest, location and behavior patterns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My major drawback with Mabaya is its lack of a dedicated customer support team. I'm frequently left waiting for hours for a response whenever I have a problem or a question. Since I don't have any experience with other platforms for comparison, I can't say whether this behavior is typical or unusual. However, my experience with the support representatives has always been poor. I'm not sure if I'm the unlucky one or if everyone else who has raised an issue has had the same issues.
