**What do you like best about Lyyti?**

How it is user friendly and having multiple users on the same team

**What do you dislike about Lyyti?**

Limited device usage. For example, I have three devices and I can only access the account from one device at a time. I would prefer if I can access it from two devices at least.

**What problems is Lyyti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving away from the traditional hand signatures to mark for attendance in training programs. It even tells me the exact time a participant had attended the session, that way I can tell from early comers from late comers.

**What do you like best about Lyyti?**

Great support and a very robust and customizable backend.

**What do you dislike about Lyyti?**

Making a good looking registration form takes a lot of time, mostly because the original appearance of Lyyti is very old fashioned. The new Lyyti looks way better but is missing a lot of important functions regarding different input types and form input logics. If the customization options available in "old" Lyyti merges with the new Lyyti I think that would be great. 

The price is often also hard to motivate. I love using Lyyti and the participant management saves me a lot of time, but since the design part takes a lot of time it doesn't always feel like I'm saving enough time that the price is worth it. I wish I did more events so I could justify the price more, but since I am just one person in my company I don't have the capacity to do more events.

Lyyti helps me manage the participants of my and others projects and events and to communicate in a very easy to use and straight forward way.

**What do you like best about Lyyti?**

Lyyti offers a clear tool to support event communication and marketing. Easy communication with registered participants, improved options for additional information on the event registration page, and convenient utilization of EVS feedback. Event localization has also been made easy in Lyyti. Customer service works very well and help is quickly accessible. For my organization, the Salesforce integration has also been significant. And for new team members, the clear instructional videos made by Lyyti help them get up to speed with using Lyyti. Additionally, Lyyti is mostly a very intuitive system. I use Lyyti as a tool daily at work, in multiple languages.

**What do you dislike about Lyyti?**

In participant communication, the downside is that depending on the recipient's email system, messages may end up in spam. So even if you ensure the message has been sent properly, the recipient may not always notice it. On the other hand, in EVS, there is still the expectation that one could edit the sent question to include additional information options. This would better support the feedback collection needs of one's own organization. And the EVS face system is misleading in terms of percentages, because people generally perceive smiley faces as always positive, but from the organizer's perspective, if only the so-called basic smiley face is given (and not the "superb" category, which few actually ever give), it appears surprisingly weak percentage-wise, because a normal smiley face is counted as neutral, not positive.

**What problems is Lyyti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can transfer information directly to our CRM system, Salesforce, without having to do manual work in between. (communication, participant information, registrations to our registry, etc.) This clearly saves us time and effort.

**What do you like best about Lyyti?**

Great platform for registrations and event organizing and also received positive feedback from the registrants that it was easy to follow the event updates to an ease. I think I will not use any other survey tools ever again for the event organizations.

**What do you dislike about Lyyti?**

I am not sure but the limitation to create a page layout was limited to my account

**What problems is Lyyti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easeness with event organization and planning, its effortless and user friendly for event planners as well as those who are attending the event.

The design of the webpage is really easy to understand.

Sometimes I think the way you put pictures in your event is a little annoying but you get used to it.

To get information about the ones attending our event + to sell tickets for the events.

**What do you like best about Lyyti?**

Very easy to use. I use it almost daily/weekly for events I administer and host. I also use it for internal and external reposting.

**What do you dislike about Lyyti?**

I wish they would have a few more functions e.g. notice when someone has filled in a survey and that EVS-could be filled externally too. Also, it won't auto-save events. Could improve the exportation of data to better support Excel.

**What problems is Lyyti solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The new QR-code is a nice addition. Eager to see the new version of Lyyti and how it will improve.

Intuitive and easy to use interface that guides user through the whole process of creating and managing an event.

Some features are hidden pretty well in the UI, but luckily the customer service is allways happy and quick to help.

Lyyti saves us considerable amount of time and work in event management.

A very multifunctional tool that you can use for many different needs in an organisations activities. A very fast and good custommer service in several different languages.

**What do you dislike about Lyyti?**

Pricing. It is a very expencive tool for a non profit organization. Not only the annual cost, but also the transactions fees for creating bills and taking payments.

Creates beautiful forms where I as a administrator can create different kinds of events depending on my need. Easy reports and tables and integrated communications tool.

Lyyti assists me in my daily work with event management and enables me to create conditions for a successful event. Everything from registrations to communication, registration, and follow-up.
It is customizable and can handle both individual participants and participants with companions. Capacity, different participant types.

The data cannot be easily integrated with other CRM systems.
