Loxia est un logiciel français de gestion locative pour bailleurs particuliers et SCI, construit autour de l'IA : l'assistant Loxy pré-remplit le bail sur des modèles conformes, suggère les descriptions d'état des lieux à partir des photos, rédige l'annonce de location et lit les bulletins de salaire d'un candidat. Le bailleur relit et décide : Loxia ne note jamais un candidat. Les données personnelles sont remplacées par des marqueurs avant tout envoi au modèle, avec une vérification bloquante côté serveur. S'y ajoutent la signature électronique illimitée, les quittances automatiques, les relances d'impayés, le rapprochement bancaire via un établissement de paiement agréé par l'ACPR et le récapitulatif 2044. Hébergé en France. 9,99 € TTC par mois et par lot loué, 14 jours d'essai sans carte bancaire.
