Lovelio Reviews & Product Details

Lovelio automates the work around a placement, so recruitment agencies make more placements with less admin. BUILT-IN AGENTS The business development agent reads the careers pages of up to 200 companies per consultant each night. It shows you the new jobs and the people in your database who fit, then drafts floats for you to check and send. The talent pools agent adds the right people to your pools and tells you who joined each week. Agents draft and you send. CONNECT YOUR OWN AGENTS Lovelio has a full REST API, webhooks and an MCP server. Connect your own agents at lovelio.ai/api/mcp, including Grok Bot, Muse and dots from OpenAI. Your agent can add clients, create jobs, add candidates, send shortlists and record placements. You choose what it can see and change, its work shows in your activity history, and you can switch it off at any time. WIN MORE BUSINESS See new jobs at your clients and target companies each morning. Float up to 5 anonymous candidates in one link, and clients answer in one click. See when contacts and candidates move, and when people you know apply. SHARE JOBS AND CANDIDATES WITH OTHER AGENCIES Share the jobs you can't fill and the candidates you can't place, anonymously, and split the fee with the agency that completes the deal. Lovelio takes 0% of the fee. TALENT POOLS THAT RUN THEMSELVES Describe who belongs in plain English and Lovelio fills the pool from your database and new arrivals. Monthly check-in emails ask people if they're still looking. When a new job goes live, pool members who fit go straight into its funnel. CAREERS PAGES YOU CONTROL Choose from 14 templates, then set your branding, colours and CSS. Live jobs appear by themselves. Add the jobs widget to your own website with two lines of code. Applications go straight to the job, and jobs feed to Indeed and Jora for free. FILL JOBS FASTER Search your whole database in plain English. Lovelio assesses new applicants against the job, writes ads in your client's voice and writes up your recorded calls. Source on LinkedIn with the Chrome extension, and send shortlists clients can answer in one click. KEEP THE MONEY MOVING Track placements, fees and forecasts in one place. Perm placements become draft invoices in Xero, ready for you to send, and contractors have their own page. Setup takes minutes. Plans go by team size, with unlimited users and AI agents on every plan.
