I save a lot of time every month. I especially like that the system automatically tracks changes in tax rates. **What do you dislike about Lappa?** I didn't like that they didn't warn me about the update. A month ago, the system ""fell"" for almost half a day, just when I was supposed to send an urgent report. The entire platform was unavailable, and I was already panicking because the penalties for delay are huge. The team fixed everything and even added useful features later, but it would have been nice if they had warned me about such things in advance. **What problems is Lappa solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've been using Lovat for 6 months now and it just saved us from the VAT headache.
