The support is great too, as the team reacts very fast and provides quick answers and help. I also appreciate how Lordicon offers more than the default Google Slides icons. The downloading and usage were straightforward, making it a good experience. **What do you dislike about Lordicon?** I can't cancel. I've been charged two times because I can't cancel. It keeps erroring out. At this point, they're just stealing my money as I'm not using their services anymore. They don't have a contact or chat on their site. Allow me to cancel or even delete my account. I can't do either and I'm about to be charged AGAIN for another month. **What problems is Lordicon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Lordicon for website design and marketing, and it solves the problem of animated icons. I also love that all the animations are resizable, so you get export any size GIF or video that you need. **What do you dislike about Lordicon?** I would love to see a bigger range of graphics. They do have heaps and are adding more regularly. It's just that I frequently find myself looking for, and not finding, specific images. **What problems is Lordicon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lordicon solves two problems for me. 1. I wanted to make my website more engaging without increasing the load times. Lordicon animations make it easy to do just that. 2. I wanted to incorporate video into my marketing but didn't want to spend big on video production. Lordicon makes it easy for me to create short videos and GIFs at a low cost. ### 6. I love the different styles, like outlined or lineal, and how fast and easily I can download them as a gif to upload to my site. **What do you dislike about Lordicon?** I dislike that I cannot slow down an animation, especially when I think it's going too fast. For all the customization they have, this is the one stark lacking thing. LottieFlies has this feature so I don't see why Lordicon doesn't. **What problems is Lordicon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It animates my site and make people pay attention. Awesome tool for frontend developers! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Edwyn A. | Fundador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2021 **What do you like best about Lordicon?** I really love the huge collection of icons Loricon provides and the ability to trigger animations with them (Auto, Hover, On Click, Morph), but I would say is that what I like the most if the easy of use for the Lordicon editor (https://lordicon.com/editor) to change the icons colors right there in their website before downloading them with the color variations applied! **What do you dislike about Lordicon?** It already has a huge amount of icons, however I just wish Lordicon could be adding even more and more frequently than it currently does it, I would also say about the performance I think it could be improved but this is not really into Lordicon hands as it totally relies on LottieFiles animation library, although as far as I know LottieFiles has been improving their library time to time as well. **Recommendations to others considering Lordicon:** Just consider this is easier to use when you have some programming skills, that's why I mostly recommend this to front-end developers, however the last updates I've seen from Lordicon makes everything easier to implement and use, as for example the Icon Editor (https://lordicon.com/editor), I would recommend you to first start trying out the 50 FREE icons from the Essential Pack (https://lordicon.com/icons) **What problems is Lordicon solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can easily improve user experience on my website by using Lordicons icons library and trigger their animations with any of these options: Auto, Hover, On Click, Morph, very useful and easy to implement for front-end developers :) ### 9. The quality of the icon design is very high, with animations that generally contribute positively to the purpose of the icon. I really like the editor feature which allows easy customisation of the attributes of the icons, and allows export as JSON, PNG, or GIF files. The library is growing, and the team are responsive to requests & feedback **What do you dislike about Lordicon?** Not every icon I need exits yet! They recently released a new library that is much easier to search and a lot of new animations. I'm really happy with this purchase and it keeps getting better! :) It also comes with an editor to easily change the colors to match the website. **What do you dislike about Lordicon?** Selfishly, I want more! The local pin that spins instead of hops would look awesome. Could be something like a bug just that time, otherwise it's fine.
