Looppanel is an incredibly powerful tool for analysing dense data from interviews and theming it up in a non-biased way. I had already been undertaking a project and recording the video interviews in another tool, but once I uploaded them to Looppanel and followed the recommended steps it fully seemed to understand the intent of what I was needing.

Once it had done the analysis, the ability to interrogate the data via the AI was really where the gold is for me. I managed to do about a months worth of theming and analysis within about two days of noodling for the right answers, uncovering more than I would have been able to in the time I had.

This has made me realise that within our business we don't need to just ask questions at management level and a few folks outside that sphere, we can stand up a quick review, interview 10 - 20 people from across the business, and theme up those answers in a rapid fashion. I was asked by my client mid-research to provide an emerging trends analysis before the research sessions had been completed for a stakeholder meeting. I needed a quick way to sum up what we were hearing thus far, as we weren't ready yet to do deep analysis. The auto-analysis tool was excellent, fast, accurate and extremely easy to use. I didn't even have to clean up the auto-generated MS Teams transcripts that I uploaded. It saved me tremendous time and allowed me to meet the quick turnaround for my client. The only downside I can think of is there doesn't appear to be a way to archive old projects. I would like to arvchive inactive projects in a seperate place where I can still access them in the future if needed but not showiwng in the main page "projects" tab.

Automatic AI analysis of interviews and transcription. I also like the fact that it is not cumbersome as Dovetail and has one simple flow that can be easily followed to generate insights.

I like the discussion guide as well, but I feel it can be massively improved in future releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Manually adjusting AI notes and manually clustering them in discussion guides. Often, they are clustered under the wrong question.

2. After a few days, Looppanel does not allow you to edit or make changes in an already uploaded interview. It should always be allowed.

3. Ask for context or tags before auto-tagging, it will be much helpful to have an overview of the research goals and tags before the system starts auto-tagging. Also, auto-tagging should always be available and not just once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Looppanel has been a game-changer for our team. The ability to share snippets keeps us all on the same page, while in-built transcription and interview scripting mean less tool-switching. The product still feels new and like there is some basic functionality missing that you're still working on. I was happy to see the new functionality of being able to move calls to projects if I'd forgotten to assign them! In search, I'd love for it to jump straight to the highlighted clip instead of the full interview file. Would also love to have a quick link to the clip/download.
