Loop Reviews & Product Details

Loop is an AI-powered customer engagement platform that helps service businesses turn website visitors and inbound messages into booked appointments and qualified leads. Businesses deploy AI agents trained on their own website content and documents, so every answer comes from information the business has actually provided rather than generic AI guesses. Unlike traditional chatbots that match keywords to canned answers, Loop agents understand natural language, hold context across a full conversation, and adapt to each visitor's situation. Every response moves toward an outcome: booking an appointment, capturing a contact, answering a pricing question, or handing off to a human. Loop is built to close, not just to chat. Loop works across every channel a business uses. A single agent answers website chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages, and SMS, sharing the same knowledge base, lead scoring, and analytics dashboard across all of them. Businesses manage everything from one place instead of juggling separate tools for each channel. Core capabilities include AI agents trained on your content, automatic Hot, Warm, and Cold lead scoring with urgency detection, live Google Calendar booking directly inside the chat, live chat handoff with automatic AI resume, native HubSpot and GoHighLevel integrations, Zapier and webhook support, and automatic detection of twelve languages. Loop also adapts its behavior by industry, qualifying visitors with the right questions and applying built-in compliance disclaimers for regulated fields such as legal, medical, financial, and insurance. Loop serves a wide range of service businesses, including home services, health and wellness, dental and medical practices, professional services, beauty and personal care, auto services, real estate, hospitality, childcare and education, pet services, SaaS, and e-commerce. Any business that answers questions, captures leads, or books appointments can use Loop. Setup takes minutes and requires no engineering. Businesses install Loop with a single line of code or a one-click WordPress plugin, and a live preview lets them test an agent trained on their own website before signing up. Loop offers tiered plans from a free tier through enterprise, with 20 percent savings on annual billing.
