In particular the billing system which has underdone significant changes in the new version of Lolly Law. **What problems is LollyLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Lolly Law I has used an excel spread sheet to manage cases which is extremely limited in the capabilities that it can handle. I did want to ask you about forms, as it sounds like when you download them you are not seeing all the info. One of the most common causes of that is viewing the pdf in the browser instead of in Adobe. Sometimes the local machine sets the browser as the default pdf viewer, and some forms have things like bar codes and scripts that only run in Adobe. That might be the cause, but just in case, please send us a message either using the support button in the software or emailing us at . All forms should be downloading and displaying all information. We will take care of any troubleshooting so you can get the results you want in a convenient, time saving way. ### 7. We appreciate it! We have some additional updates coming to forms to make it more automated and easier. Also, it sounds like you migrated from V1 to V2 and lament that completed forms from the old system did not copy over. As you know, the new system uses ReForm for form filling and it is a much better system. We are able to copy lots of data (like contact data, which might be most of the form), but not the form pdf files themselves since it is such a different system. You should still have access to the old system in case you need to recover old forms, but also, if you have integrated with a storage solution like Google Drive, forms that you printed (to pdf) and archived to Google Drive should still be there and linked to the same matter records in V2. We do have options to edit/delete payments and transactions, but those are managed by permissions. So if that is something you need, good news is that it is available in the system, but we just need to go and check your permissions for 'Advance Billing Controls'.
