It sounds like you are wanting to be able to have notes that you enter go out to others, perhaps in a notification. Is that correct? If so, there are some options to do that. One way would be to mention (@name) the people you think the note should go to and the system will send them an in-app notification as well as an email. This program is very clear and easy to use. I feel that it really makes organizing the case files a breeze. When I need to find something, the documents are easy to get to and the user interface is very chic and intuitive to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the journal, particular emails that are synced as a note, we have recently added some visual elements on emails specifically so you can see who sent it, when, who it went to, etc. Let me know if this helps or if you are referring to some specific formatting that you would like to see changed.
