LockRoute Reviews & Product Details

LockRoute is a dispatch and payment platform built specifically for locksmith operations that route emergency jobs to independent partner companies. Unlike Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan which were built for businesses dispatching their own employees, LockRoute was designed for the locksmith partner network model — where your techs are independent 1099 contractors with their own businesses, their own vans, and their own bank accounts. What LockRoute does: AI Receptionist — answers every inbound call 24/7 in your company name. Collects customer name, address, phone, and service type. Creates the job automatically. Dispatches the nearest available partner. Customer gets a live tracking link. All for under $0.50 per call versus $1.25 per call for traditional answering services. Smart Partner Routing — matches every job to the right partner based on ZIP coverage, service type, live availability, and priority weighting. Serial routing sends one partner at a time. Jump-ball broadcasts to everyone and the first to accept wins. Automatic Revenue Splits — customer pays via QR code, Apple Pay, or payment link. LockRoute calculates the split and deposits both amounts automatically every Friday via Stripe Connect. No spreadsheets. No Zelle. No Sunday night math. Partner Portals — every partner company gets their own mobile portal. They accept jobs, update status, upload job photos, collect payment on site, and see their earnings — all from their phone. Call Masking and Recording — partners call customers through your masked company number. Customer never gets the partner's real cell. Your customer relationships stay yours. Every call recorded and attached to the job. Digital Estimates and Invoices — send line item estimates before work starts. Customer signs with their finger on their phone. Professional PDF invoices generated automatically on every job with correct sales tax for all 50 states. Live Customer Tracking — every job generates a live tracking page. Customer sees their tech's location and ETA in real time. Who LockRoute is for: Locksmith dispatch operations with independent partner companies. Solo locksmiths replacing ScanPay or Square. Operations currently running on WhatsApp groups and Zelle. Businesses replacing Uleadz, Kesher, or traditional answering services. Pricing starts at $19/month for solo locksmiths and $149/month for dispatch operations. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
