LocalReviewDesk Reviews & Product Details

LocalReviewDesk helps local businesses collect more Google reviews and catch problems before they go public — from one branded QR and NFC review page. When a customer scans your QR code or taps an NFC card, they land on a branded page with two options shown side by side: leave a public Google review, or send private feedback straight to your team. Every customer sees both, every time — happy or unhappy. You collect more genuine reviews and hear about issues early, without ever routing people by sentiment. Everything lands in one simple dashboard: Google review clicks, scan activity, and a private feedback inbox with status tracking and instant email alerts. No spreadsheets, no scattered channels, no enterprise bloat. Built for single and multi-location local businesses — cafés, salons, restaurants, clinics, auto shops, and trades that want more reviews and a direct feedback channel, not a 40-feature reputation suite they'll use 5% of. Compliant by design. Both review options are always visible to every customer. No review gating, no fake or incentivised reviews, no hiding negative feedback. Built around Google's review policy, Australian Consumer Law, and US review-fairness principles. Simple pricing: $20/month for your first location, +$20/month for each additional location (up to 12), or $200/year with two months free. Every location includes 2 NFC review cards. No setup fee, cancel anytime, and your customer data is never sold. Options at the counter: leave a public Google review or send private feedback.
