The load balancers themselves have worked well, and whenever there are questions on specific functions for some new implementations, their support team is very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. There are times when you need to work off-hours and their support team have helped me through these times. I've had to contact them through new load balancer additions, configs on new additions, and most recently upgrades that needed a new cert, each time working with support has made the process flow smoothly and easily. During some maintenances for a VIP, draining the connections can take some time with certain configs, would be nice if it was quick for all types. I'm sure it could be resolved by reconfiguring the VIP but changes like that aren't high priority since its just during maintenance windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
