It incorporates easily with the security solutions we already have in place. The LMNTRIX team has been very helpful finding and resolving vulnerabilities in our infrastructure. **What do you dislike about LMNTRIX?** The dashboard seems a little overdone. There are a lot of items to look at. If I was a full-time CISO I would probably look at it more in depth. I am sure there is more value in the product that I am not getting because I just don't have the time to dig into it. **What problems is LMNTRIX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed someone to be watching our network 24/7/365 and that is exactly what LMNTRIX does. We are a medium-sized company with a small IT team. We could not afford a full security team, but these days that is what is needed to protect your organization. These guys respond quickly and we all know that time is of the essence in cyber security! I rarely wait over 2 hrs for regular tickets and if its an emergency they are all over it. They help significantly with all zero day attacks. By the time of the zero day hits the news, the LMNTRIX team has already begun blacklisting hash values and compiling IOCs. Their communication skills are excellent which is important to me in a business partner. I want to know what is going on and what next steps include. On top of everything, they provide us with solid solutions that are implemented in straight forward fashion. Not jumping through hoops and no waiting for instructions. **What do you dislike about LMNTRIX?** The fact that I am not working for their hunt team!! **Recommendations to others considering LMNTRIX:** I would consider making their managed service a significant addition to your security defenses. Having extra hands and eyes is awesome. Having a third party that you can trust provides the ability for sound advice from a neutral player whose only objective is to assist you in reaching your goals. It also prevents group think which can cripple sound practices. **What problems is LMNTRIX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have consistently elevated our security posture through small, strategic moves implemented by LMNTRIX. We are mitigating risks, hardening devices, and constantly monitoring endpoints and network devices while still being able to catch a good nights rest. Having LMNTRIX has enabled me to have extra sets of hands and eyes which allows me to sleep soundly. ### 9. This has since been created and rolled out to their customers. The portal is being updated and refined on a constant basis and is getting better and better. **What problems is LMNTRIX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company has a very small security team...1 person. We didn't have the staff or budget to create an in house 24/7 monitoring solution. However, this has since been remediated with their grid portal. **Recommendations to others considering LMNTRIX:** Do NOT run two endpoint agents on a machine. Stick with only one solution.
