What do you like best about LMNTRIX?

LMNTRIX has been extremely easy to deploy and maintain. It incorporates easily with the security solutions we already have in place. The LMNTRIX team has been very helpful finding and resolving vulnerabilities in our infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LMNTRIX?

The dashboard seems a little overdone. There are a lot of items to look at. If I was a full-time CISO I would probably look at it more in depth. What do you like best about LMNTRIX?

The 24 hour customer service. These guys respond quickly and we all know that time is of the essence in cyber security! I rarely wait over 2 hrs for regular tickets and if its an emergency they are all over it. They help significantly with all zero day attacks. By the time of the zero day hits the news, the LMNTRIX team has already begun blacklisting hash values and compiling IOCs. Their communication skills are excellent which is important to me in a business partner. I want to know what is going on and what next steps include. On top of everything, they provide us with solid solutions that are implemented in straight forward fashion. Not jumping through hoops and no waiting for instructions. The fact that all our endpoints and networks are monitored 24/7. The fact that all incidents are validated before we are notified...keeps false positives to zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially it was that they didn't have a customer portal for visibility. This has since been created and rolled out to their customers. The portal is being updated and refined on a constant basis and is getting better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
