What do you like best about Living Security?

Living Security is a fantastic partner that has been innovating in the security awareness and education space since day 1! I have had the pleasure of utilizing a series of their services over the past few years as they have continued to grow and expand their offerings, starting with their physical escape rooms, then their online awareness platform, virtual escape rooms, and currently standing up the Unify platform. In addition, they continue to produce phenomenal supporting content like monthly campaigns and Cyber Awareness Month materials and speakers! What I appreciate most about them is that they continuously innovate with new offerings that shatter the traditional benchmarks for security awareness and the feeling I have that they value the input of me as a customer when they are designing new solutions. "Excellent Training Platform With Top-Notch Customer Support"

What do you like best about Living Security?

After leveraging Living Security for the past two years, their customer support is unmatched. They go above and beyond to help find solutions that meet your end goal, even assisting with customized training modules and unique situations that I dealt with. Having used several security training LMS options, theirs is one of the most customizable and easy to maintain with dynamic audiences for role-based training and the ability to easily pull relevant feedback and metrics. What do you dislike about Living Security?

Living Security is still in the growth phase as a company and they are continuing to improve their offering. When I began using Living Security, it was only for gamified training, which was difficult to scale at times. In the last year this offering has grown to include a more holistic, data-driven approach to cybersecurity which I appreciate. I hope they continue to grow down this path. What problems is Living Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest pain points with my last cybersecurity vendor was that their LMS was extremely inefficient for managing our users and gathering valuable metrics. By onboarding the Living Security platform I have saved myself time in onboarding new hires and I have been able to demonstrate positive feedback and completion data to leadership. Living Security even had support staff helping with weekly reporting while we were undergoing certain audits and regulations that required some slightly more customized reports. We experienced some technical glitches in the past. Mostly they were frustrated because various teams inside the company became very competitive about their time to escape. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Living Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found livingsecurity to be a good way to let team members work with each other now that we are all working from home. It's an interactive activity that everyone should participate in. In addition, we used it as one of the activities in our new hire orientation program. It helps to set the tone from day one that we care about security.
