LiveTracking Reviews & Product Details

LiveTracking is a cloud-based manufacturing execution and real-time production monitoring platform designed for food and beverage manufacturers that need operational visibility, production analytics, and shop floor performance tracking. The software is used by plant operations teams, production managers, continuous improvement leaders, and manufacturing analysts to monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), downtime, waste & rework, line speed, and production efficiency across manufacturing environments. The platform is designed to replace manual production tracking methods such as spreadsheets, whiteboards, and delayed reporting workflows with automated real-time data collection and centralized operational dashboards. LiveTracking captures production data directly from manufacturing equipment and sensors, allowing teams to monitor operational performance as events occur rather than relying on end-of-shift or historical reporting. LiveTracking is primarily used in food and beverage production facilities where manufacturers need visibility into downtime events, production bottlenecks, waste generation, and line performance. The software supports rapid deployment models and is intended for environments where implementation speed and operator adoption are operational priorities. The system is accessible through desktop and mobile environments, including iOS and Android applications, enabling plant personnel and managers to review production data remotely or directly from the production floor. The software supports operational monitoring workflows related to continuous improvement initiatives, production optimization, and manufacturing reporting. Production data can be viewed historically or in real time across multiple production lines or facilities. The platform also supports integration and reporting workflows used by manufacturing analytics and operations management teams. Core capabilities commonly associated with LiveTracking include: - Real-time production monitoring for manufacturing lines, machines, and plant operations OEE tracking, downtime monitoring, giveaway monitoring, and production performance reporting - Automated production data collection designed to reduce manual entry and reporting errors - Mobile and cloud accessibility for production visibility across facilities and remote teams - Operational analytics used to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, waste events, and production delays - Dashboards and reporting tools for plant managers, operations teams, and continuous improvement initiatives - Production monitoring workflows tailored for food and beverage manufacturing environments - Integration support for manufacturing reporting, historical analysis, and operational data review LiveTracking is typically evaluated by manufacturers seeking production visibility, faster operational decision-making, manufacturing analytics, and digitized shop floor monitoring without implementing a larger enterprise MES or ERP platform.
