LitExtension offered me extremely affordable pricing for my project, very clear information about the length of time it would take, the steps required, and what they needed from me. They gave me directions on what was needed to go back to our custom shopping cart developers to request some missing data. I never would have known what to ask for.The work was completed quickly in only two days and I know it would have taken me weeks to manually import the data. As a product LitExtension provides a vast array of platforms to migrate from and to. Their demo migration also ensures that you can test the product completely free of charge to make sure everything works properly. In addition to this they had a very good response time from the support chat which made the setup and migration very easy for us.

For us a key point was that in one migration you can choose, what data you want to migrate and after the initial migration you can also update the data without additional cost. This makes it perfect in case you are implementing a new platform and want to migrate before and after launch. Before finding LitExtension I was dealing with products that weren't compatible with Adobe Commerce Cloud, but with the help from the support we got the setup done in 15 minutes. Overall, LitExtension did a good job of helping us transition from one ecommece platform to another. In our case, we went from BigCommerce to WooCommerce and most of the datasets were moved properly. The setup required was relatively minimal and didn't require technical expertise. The customer service was helpful when issues did arise and was able to correct them. There were a few datasets that didn't transition over properly. Not sure if this is due to the demo they offer messing up the data or just a big in their software. Customer service was able to correct the issue.

The price shown on their website isn't exactly what you'll pay. When you're ready to do the full transition, you'll pretty much need to select most or all of the add-on features they offer. So your price goes up by about 50% with the add-ons offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
