What problems is LitExtension solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a local online marketing agency, we recently had an interesting task to tackle. To provide better support for one of our clients, we wanted to migrate their OXID webshop to WooCommerce. This involved hundreds of products, thousands of customers, and their orders. While we are knowledgeable about databases and programming, it quickly became clear that we would prefer to rely on a partner whose core business is "Shop-to-Shop Migration." After some research and a brief video call with Joy from LitExtension, it was clear that we would entrust this task to LitExtension. From the initial discussions and onboarding to the go-live of WooCommerce, everything was handled very professionally. We had a fair amount of time for the migration and were able to start with a pre-migration, which allowed us to set up the WooCommerce shop with real data. During the active phase, we had almost daily contact with Tracee, our personal project manager. Throughout the process, there were no major issues. Minor issues were resolved within hours after consultation. Tracee's response time was always very quick, and the communication was clear and pleasant. We are now live with the new shop, and everything is running as expected. A positive highlight is that no additional costs arose during the project, even though communication and exchanges were sometimes very intensive. A clear recommendation for LitExtension.
