LiteScribe Reviews & Product Details

LiteScribe is an AI transcription and meeting-notes platform for web, desktop and mobile. It transcribes audio and video with speaker diarization across 100+ languages, then turns each transcript into a summary, action items and topic tags. An Ask AI feature lets teams query their entire transcript library by meaning rather than searching for an exact phrase. Meetings are captured without sending a bot into the call, either through desktop system-audio capture or a browser extension, so no extra participant appears in Zoom, Teams or Google Meet. The desktop app includes an offline Local Mode that transcribes on-device using a local speech model and a local LLM, so audio never leaves the machine, which matters for legal, medical, HR and research work. Available on web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android and as a Chrome and Edge extension. Exports include PDF, DOCX, SRT and plain text. The free tier includes 120 minutes per month. Measured real-world accuracy is 94.1% on English audio, rising to around 95% in high-accuracy mode.
