LionWheel allows us to manage delivery routing and send tracking information to our customers in a clean, user-friendly way. The app was easy to install and was a fairly seamless transition. It fits right into our daily routine of scheduling our deliveries. The team is always accommodating, and has even worked with us to add custom features to improve our process using the app! There are some bugs with the map as I believe they use a separate app rather than Google Maps itself, but the team is very quick to address any issues. The SMS notifications are also sent by a different number with every notification so some of our customers have complained that it is filling up their messages on delivery day. The plans for SMS billing are also a little complicated as they are currently. We do miss being able to send the notifications via email as well, as not all of our customers have access to consistent cell service Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
