I like its elegant user interface and Cinnamon version very much. Debian based OS are cool. Linux Mint has a few issues like WiFi disconnecting automatically. I have to connect the Bluetooth headset manually after every shutdown That's the most annoying thing. Its Package dependencies issue every time I try to install a new application it starts downloading no use dependencies. Poor device drivers support. In a dual-screen setup, I have to put my credentials on the laptop screen for use on dual-screen which irritates me the most.
