The interface is clean and user-friendly. Linguix is especially good at catching subtle grammar issues and offering clear, concise suggestions without making your writing sound robotic. I liked the browser extension, the Turbo feature, and the lifetime plan pricing, which made it feel like a smart long-term investment. It worked well across email, web copy, and personal writing. My biggest issue: My lifetime subscription suddenly expired in mid-2025 after nearly five years of use. I reached out to support with all the necessary documentation—receipts, activation codes, screenshots, and a detailed breakdown of my purchases and features. I only received one vague reply, and then weeks of silence despite multiple follow-ups. After multiple follow-ups, my account was silently reactivated—but I never received a confirmation or explanation. That kind of customer experience completely undermines the value of a product like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
