What I enjoy most is how easily I can handle a large volume of translations. There are clever keyboard shortcuts which allow me to be very fast, but also accurate machine translations which speeds things up.

What I dislike a little is that no preferences can be set for machine translation, such as the option to not use diacritics. Also, if me and my colleagues are working simultaneously on a project it's sometimes difficult to track who is working on what.
