linekeep Reviews & Product Details

LineKeep is a maintenance intelligence platform built for manufacturing plants that need to move from reactive to preventive maintenance. It tracks the full lifecycle of tools and equipment — runtime hours, output/cycle counts, and wear percentage — at the work center level, so maintenance teams know exactly when a component needs replacement before it causes unplanned downtime. Beyond equipment tracking, LineKeep coordinates shift operations with structured TPM checklists and shift handoffs, so issues found by one operator are visible to the next shift and to maintenance staff automatically. When an inspection flags a problem, the relevant team is notified instantly by email — no waiting for a paper form to be walked over.LineKeep also connects to existing ERP systems (Dynamics AX/365, SAP, and others) via API, so production data flows in automatically and wear calculations stay accurate without manual entry. Every tool replacement is logged in an append-only audit trail — reason, serial numbers, wear at time of change — giving quality and maintenance teams full traceability from a production batch back to the specific tool that ran it. Built for multi-plant manufacturers, LineKeep organizes operations by plant, zone, work center, and shift, and scales from a single production line to a full multi-site operation.
