Lime turns the patient's voice into a lever for better care. It is a value-based healthcare platform that helps healthcare organizations measure and improve patient experience and patient outcomes, with a patient-centred approach that supports hospitals, health systems and clinics on three fronts: compliance, reporting and continuous patient experience improvement. Lime automates the collection and analysis of PREMs (patient-reported experience measures) and PROMs (patient-reported outcome measures). Questionnaires go out automatically by SMS and email at the right moment in the care pathway, after a discharge, before surgery or during follow-up, using standardized questionnaires recognized around the world. This multichannel strategy, delivered through a multilingual interface that meets WCAG accessibility standards, gives Lime an average 30% response rate for PREMs and a completion rate above 85% for PROMs. Data is processed with proprietary AI algorithms and presented to teams and managers where they need it to take action. Lime decentralizes patient experience action plans across teams, so every unit owns its improvements, and helps clinical teams proactively reach out to patients whose outcomes show signs of concern. Emilia, Lime's patient scribe mobile app, extends the platform to patients to further improve response rates and engagement. Emilia captures the health information discussed during a medical encounter and turns it into a clear summary, helping patients and caregivers from many languages and communities remember what was said and take an active role in their care journey. The platform includes two modules: Lime Expérience (PREMs, patient experience) and Lime Engage (PROMs and SMS messaging, patient engagement). Available in French and English.
