**What do you like best about Lights-Out?**

Lights Out can automate various routine tasks such as system reboots, updates, and backups. This reduces manual intervention and ensures that necessary maintenance is performed on schedule.

**What do you dislike about Lights-Out?**

Setting up Lights Out can be intricate, especially for those who are not familiar with the software or server management in general. It may require a learning curve.

**What problems is Lights-Out solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Energy efficiency and cost savings. t helps reduce power consumption by automating server shutdowns during non-peak hours. This leads to lower energy bills and contributes to the organization’s sustainability efforts.

**What do you like best about Lights-Out?**

Lights Out allows you to set specific times to hibernate, suspend, reboot, or shut down the servers you administer. It is ideal for keeping servers in good condition. The most important thing is that you can customize the times to your liking, using the calendar, and finally save money thanks to the lower energy consumption. I like being able to manage my servers from its mobile app. Lights Out also allows you to identify those servers that have been running the longest.

**What do you dislike about Lights-Out?**

The application needs to be updated, since its last update was in May 2019, this is also noticeable in its design, which looks old-fashioned. You may have compatibility issues with the latest operating systems on both personal computers and servers. Anyway, I recommend using its 30-day trial period before in order to check its functionality. Despite the good performance of the application, perhaps it could offer many more functions.

**Recommendations to others considering Lights-Out:**

It is highly recommended solely for saving energy on the servers.

**What problems is Lights-Out solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The great benefit received is in the electricity bills, but it is also possible to manage the backups of each server and monitor their activity to avoid wasting energy.
