Customer Service of this softwae is amazing, they set up remove connection and helped us in integration of this software with complete setup. This tool is easy to use and has great features so that even a novice user can use it without any hassle. **What do you dislike about Events2HVAC?** Even thought the organization has very limited resources in their technical support team, but they are competant enough to cater and resolve all the queries. The user interface of this software is pretty simple so that even a non technical person can use it without any hassle.
