# Liffio Reviews & Product Details

Liffio is an Instagram DM automation tool that sends automated replies to comments, story mentions, and messages using Instagram's official API. It enables keyword-triggered workflows for automations like comment-to-message flows, story replies, and direct message responses, with configurable delays to ensure natural timing. Users can set unlimited keywords and customize message templates for each workflow. Liffio uses Meta's OAuth for secure authentication, avoiding password storage. Setup is quick, connecting an Instagram account via a secure authorization screen. An analytics dashboard tracks engagement metrics, including link clicks. Lead capture features extract email addresses from conversations, exportable in GDPR-compliant CSV files. Follow-up sequences send timed messages, while follow-gating encourages users to follow an account before receiving content. Additional features include team access, branded short links, post scheduling, and white-label workspaces.
