**What do you like best about Lexidesk?**

My law firm, Snyder & Wenner, handles mostly medical malpractice cases in Arizona. We get about 15 new case calls a day. We need an intake system that will efficiently and accurately collect the client's information so we can quickly process whether want to accept or reject the case. Lexidesk helps us accomplish that task.

**What do you dislike about Lexidesk?**

There have been a few issues with the system accurately recording the caller's name or email address, but those potential problems were told to us upfront

**What problems is Lexidesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intake was our biggest chokepoint. We tried hiring a person to do it, but the turnover was absurdly high. We tried a call center, but the end product was terrible. This has helped us collect everything we need in a cost-effective and time-sensitive manner.

**What do you like best about Lexidesk?**

I like that Lexidesk answers any and every call from new client prospects that my team might miss, which helps to boil more consultations for my firm. I also really like the core functionality and integrations with tools I already use like Acuity, Clio, and Google. The referral program is cool too. The initial setup was pretty easy but could be customized.

**What do you dislike about Lexidesk?**

It could live book appointments real time.

Lexidesk answers calls from new client prospects my team might miss and increases consultations for my firm.
