While we had a little hesitation at the beginning, we’ve found Lexidesk to be a wonderful tool for our intake team. The information it gathers saves time, and potential clients are really happy not to have to repeat themselves. Also, if they call back, they are acknowledged by name. Another feature I really like is that when someone asks to speak to a live person, there’s no delay, the call is transferred right away. I like that Lexidesk answers any and every call from new client prospects that my team might miss, which helps to boil more consultations for my firm.
