Lexidesk Streamlines Medical Malpractice Case Intake for Faster Processing
My law firm, Snyder & Wenner, handles mostly medical malpractice cases in Arizona. We get about 15 new case calls a day. I like that Lexidesk answers any and every call from new client prospects that my team might miss, which helps to boil more consultations for my firm. I also really like the core functionality and integrations with tools I already use like Acuity, Clio, and Google. The referral program is cool too. The initial setup was pretty easy but could be customized.
