While we had a little hesitation at the beginning, we’ve found Lexidesk to be a wonderful tool for our intake team. The information it gathers saves time, and potential clients are really happy not to have to repeat themselves. Also, if they call back, they are acknowledged by name. Another feature I really like is that when someone asks to speak to a live person, there’s no delay, the call is transferred right away. That’s rare with other AI programs, where there’s usually more information required and, most of the time, you end up having to repeat it anyway.

Having a capable front-line system to vet and qualify leads is incredibly useful, especially at a cost that beats having a regular person answering the phone.
