LEVL Telematics Reviews & Provider Details

LEVL Telematics is a UK-based fleet telematics specialist and Geotab's No.1 value added reseller in the UK, holding Geotab Elite Specialised Partner status — the highest partner tier Geotab awards. Based in Coventry, LEVL has over 25 years of fleet experience and works with more than 700 satisfied clients across logistics, construction, waste and utilities, food delivery, and last-mile sectors. LEVL provides end-to-end fleet management software and hardware built on the Geotab platform, giving operators a single, vehicle-agnostic system that works across mixed fleets of any make, model, or vehicle type — including a growing electric vehicle segment. LEVL was named Geotab's European EV Partner of the Year in 2019, and has direct, hands-on experience managing large-scale EV transitions, including Milk & More's 520-vehicle electric fleet running alongside 450 diesel vehicles in a single reporting dashboard. Beyond core telematics, LEVL layers additional capability onto the Geotab platform as part of one managed relationship rather than several separate vendor contracts. This includes AI-powered camera systems for driver safety and DVS compliance, a driver coaching and rewards programme (LEVL Up) to improve safety behaviours like harsh braking and speeding, and automated compliance management covering CPC/driver training renewals, MOT and service scheduling, tachograph analysis, and licence and points monitoring. LEVL is built specifically for UK fleets running 50 or more vehicles, and works closely with sectors facing specific regulatory pressure — including DVS and FORS compliance for HGV operators, hours-of-service (HOS) requirements for logistics and haulage fleets, and telematics for waste and utilities operators. Named enterprise customers include Wates Group and VINCI Construction UK (construction and civil engineering), EMR (industrial/heavy fleet, with LEVL supporting 130+ sites globally), Dunelm (retail distribution), Euroloo (waste and utilities), Bradfords Group, HATS Group, and Milk & More. LEVL's strategic partnerships extend its capability further, including Harris Maxus for MAXUS Intelligence Onboard-equipped vehicles, Shell Fleet Solutions, and Clockwork IT for AI-driven fleet and field service tools. As part of the Banyan Software portfolio, LEVL operates as a permanent, long-term business rather than one built for short-term exit, giving customers confidence in continuity of support. For fleet operators evaluating a Geotab reseller in the UK, LEVL's Elite Specialised Partner status and No.1 VAR position reflect Geotab's own assessment of service quality — not a claim LEVL makes unchecked.
