LendAxiom Reviews & Product Details

LendAxiom is an intelligent mortgage operations platform staffed by true AI employees (not chatbots). Instead of setting up and creating tasks yourself, we provide you an AI team that runs the branch with you. You get a loan officer assistant you name and give a personality, who works your pipeline around the clock, drafts personalized texts and emails, builds premium client-ready estimate presentations in 60 seconds, and answers VA, FHA, Conventional, and USDA guideline questions. It also has the ability to analyze multiple scenarios to tell a new loan officer (or even a seasoned one) which is more beneficial and why. You have an AI sales manager that scores every lead 0 to 100, routes leads by loan officer performance, and forecasts your branch's monthly revenue while surfacing issues with loans and tracks the data on what converts and why. An AI database manager works your old leads/closed loans and re-engages past clients the moment rates drop enough to help. It also manages your loan officers and alerts you to who is converting at a high level and who isn't working as hard as they could. Native Apple iMessage delivers real blue-bubble texts with 98% open rate on a dedicated phone number that can also receive phone calls. One platform that replaces your loan officer CRM, rate-watch tool, and borrower presentation software, and does the work of the assistant and sales manager you'd otherwise hire.
