Legience Reviews & Product Details

Legience is an AI-powered legal practice management platform built for attorneys, solo practitioners, and small-to-midsize law firms across the United States searching for all-in-one law firm software. The platform unifies legal case management, AI legal research, AI document drafting, AI document analysis, electronic signatures, time tracking, billing automation, a secure client portal, CRM with conflict checking, document management, calendar, communications, and expense tracking into a single integrated product. One platform, one login, one price starting at $99 per user per month. AI is included in every plan — not upsold as a $50–100/month add-on like Clio Duo. A true Clio alternative for firms that want native AI rather than bolted-on subscriptions, and the only legal practice management platform that ships a purpose-built personal injury workspace at no extra cost. Built for every area of law — personal injury, family law, business litigation, real estate, immigration, employment, criminal defense, estate planning, corporate, and general practice. Pre-tuned caption formatting and statute citations for all 50 states. Built-in AI tools: LegiSearch (plain-English legal research grounded in federal and state case law with CourtListener-verified citations), LegiDraft (AI-generated demand letters, motions, complaints, retainers, engagement letters, discovery requests, and 17+ document types — plus the ability to import your firm's existing DOCX, PDF, or scanned templates and have the AI convert them into reusable fillable forms), LegiLyze (AI document analysis for IME reports, depositions, insurance policies, contracts, and discovery responses), and LegiPI (the personal injury workspace). Specialized PI Workspace: LegiPI is a purpose-built workspace with phased medical chronologies (acute → ongoing → MMI) with treatment gaps auto-flagged, insurance ledger tracking PIP / MAIP / UM-UIM with policy coverage extracted from declarations pages, demand-package builder that assembles the chronology, billed-vs-paid summary, and damages breakdown into a demand-ready package, settlement log capturing every offer and counter per case, and statute-of-limitations monitoring. Included on Professional and Firm plans — no separate subscription, no per-case fees. Every plan includes case and matter management with unified case, client, and document records; time tracking, invoicing, and expense tracking with matter-level allocation; electronic signatures; built-in CRM with custom intake forms and ABA-compliant conflict checking; secure client portal with document sharing and encrypted messaging; document management; calendar with matter deadlines and appointments; internal and client communications; audit logs; and role-based access. Security for law-firm due diligence: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, AI processing through AWS Bedrock under a BAA (your client data is never used to train AI models), US-only hosting, 201 CMR 17.00 aligned, audit logs, and tenant-level data isolation. Pricing: Solo $99 · Professional $179 · Firm $249 per user per month. 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
