Bryan Selzer (designer/owner of LEFTA Systems programs and a former police offcier) has been highly responsive even though we are just a small municipal law enforcement agency. His programs are very user-friendly and helpful in FTO management (LEFTA) and training management (METR). We are expanding to the full LEFTA SHIELD Suite this year, including the RIPA module (PASS) to comply with California's AB 953.
