LeaseRooster Reviews & Product Details

LeaseRooster is property management software built for the landlord who manages their own units, not an institutional portfolio. Most tools in this category are priced and built for property management companies running hundreds or thousands of doors. LeaseRooster is built for the owner with 1 to a few hundred units who wants to stop juggling spreadsheets, email threads, and paper leases. The platform covers the full lifecycle: listing syndication, tenant applications, tenant screening (bring your own report), one-click tailored lease generation with e-signature and a clause library, online rent collection, maintenance and vendor management, a tenant portal, move-in and move-out condition reports, and books with Schedule E export. Rent collection is free and pays 100% to the landlord, since LeaseRooster runs it through Stripe Connect as a pass-through rather than taking a cut. Compliance content is built in, starting with California (AB 1482, security deposits, required disclosures).
