I personally like the most about LeaseQuery, because it brings all the lease information under a single roof. With the connection with Excel and QuickBooks, it is easy to create reports and compare metrics of the leases. I use it quite often due to the high number of features providing me with the possibility to manage obligations, payments, and expirations, as my accounting operations become much more structured. The only thing I do not like is that some of the reporting functions appear to be somewhat inflexible, particularly when one attempts to make them fit into unique lease situations. These limitations slow the analysis since they are used frequently. Although the number of features is robust, some of the more advanced features cannot be described as well-developed, and despite responsive customer service, certain workflow modifications require more effort than it ought to. I find it challenging that when booking entries, LeaseQuery powered by FinQuery does not easily distinguish between balance sheet and income entries, which complicates the process.
